If you have a monitoring system deployed, it should be setup to alert that the drive is going to be full in 10 weeks. This alert allows you to plan for data expansion, server replacement or a new method of saving files.

Monitoring is a helpful troubleshooting tool because there is a history of events that can be used to determine the cause of an issue. With proactive monitoring you can fix these events before they create any network downtime or outages.

You lock your doors, turn your alarm system on, install a smart camera but leave the exterior side gate unlocked. Most burglars are going to break in through a back entrance or windows.
